Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund as the project has already been completed. We offer a comprehensive service in the pre-production phase, in which we create mood boards and discuss them in detail with the customer, precisely to avoid the customer not liking the images after all. We therefore ask for clear specifications and examples of how the images should look in the end.

Our prices are the same for all our customers, large or small. This is to ensure that we deliver high quality images and support small businesses. The amount of work is calculated per image/set, so the cost of multiple images will not be less.
